How do I upgrade my plan?

Visit your Profile page and click on the plan tier section to view available upgrades and manage your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

When does cancellation take effect?

Cancellation stops renewal. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Access is not lost immediately.

Do you prorate partial months?

We don’t prorate partial billing periods. You retain full access for the duration you’ve already paid for.

Refunds & Disputes

Do you offer refunds?

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. If something went wrong, email support and we’ll review it.

What if there’s an unauthorized charge?

Email us as soon as possible. We’ll help investigate and secure your account.

How do disputes/chargebacks work?

Disputes can result in immediate loss of access while we investigate. Please contact support first so we can resolve it quickly.

Promotions & Discounts

Do you offer promotions?

Occasionally. Any promotion will show the price, duration, and eligibility at checkout.

What are the terms of promo pricing?

Promotional pricing applies only for the stated duration and then renews at the standard rate unless canceled.

Can I stack promotions?

No — promotions generally can’t be combined.

Storage & Uploads

What file formats are supported?

We support common video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM. Files must be under your plan's size limit.

How do I check my storage usage?

Your storage usage is displayed in the header's storage pill. Premium and Pro users can also see detailed breakdowns on their Profile page.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

New uploads will be blocked until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Your existing content remains safe and accessible.

Account Management

How do I update my profile?

Go to your Profile page where you can update your display name, bio, content preferences, and other settings.

What is Restricted Mode?

Restricted Mode filters content based on your preferences and can be toggled from the user menu in the header.

Content & Privacy

Can I make my videos private?

Yes, you can set videos as private when uploading or editing them. Private videos are only visible to you.

How do I delete a video?

Click the menu (three dots) on any of your videos and select "Delete". This action cannot be undone.

How do I request deletion of my account/data?

Email support using the contact form above with your request, making sure to send it from the email address associated with your account.
